Starting from September 2015, CHAMPION is being invited to collaborate with Environment Management and Technology, HKUST and take part in the undergraduate final year project, named “Capstone Project”, as corporate advisors.

“Efficient use of resources and waste management in Food & Beverage Sector” is the topic studied we involved. One of the aims of this study is to find out the effectiveness of Heat Recovery Dishwasher so as to raise the public awareness. Our roe is to provide corporate advice and assistance to the students.

We believe such study could greatly enhance the momentum of sustainability in F&B sector.
